Who am I ?
I work in private practice as a Chartered Clinical Psychologist, having earned my degree in Adult Clinical Psychology from the University of Liège. I have also studied philosophy in Frankfurt, psychology at Paris-Cité University (formerly Paris Descartes), and behavioural economics at Panthéon-Sorbonne.
I now welcome you to my practice, which was established in 2024 in the Vennes district of Liège.
Before arriving here, my career led me to support individuals across several countries and institutions: patients in the general psychiatry and detoxification departments of a clinic, residents and their families in care homes, and employees in human resources at a European level.
This diversity of experience has taught me to listen beyond words, to adapt to each individual life story, and to make the therapeutic alliance a key element of care.
I adopt an integrative, humanistic, person-centred approach, enriched with tools from systemic therapy, motivational interviewing, and other contemporary methods such as Nonviolent Communication. I pay particular attention to the quality of the therapeutic relationship: presence, respect for each client’s pace, kindness, and deep listening.
I offer consultations in French, German, or English, either in person in Liège or via video conference.

Therapeutic Approach
The quality of the relationship between a client and their therapist is at the heart of constructive work. This perspective is central to Carl Rogers’ humanistic approach, known as person-centred therapy, which guides my practice. Rogers later inspired Rosenberg in developing Nonviolent Communication, which I have also trained in.
Yet, a strong therapeutic relationship is not the only key element. There is also a technical aspect to therapy. I use various psychological assessments to evaluate the severity of symptoms and track progress, providing an objective measure of therapy’s impact. These tools are primarily drawn from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
I tailor my approach to the context and needs of each client. For instance, Jeffrey Young’s Schema Therapy is especially effective for personality disorders (though it is not limited to them), Motivational Interviewing is particularly suited for substance use disorders, and a contextual/systemic approach helps understand the influence of a client’s social network.
I also enjoy exploring clients’ dreams, as altered states of consciousness are an important part of the human experience. Dreams can reveal profound insights about who we are and can even play a role in the healing process.
In short, my approach is integrative, blending different therapeutic traditions, with a focus on humanistic psychology and CBT, always tailored to the individual journey of each client.
